The name “Intuitive Power Coaching” came to me during a meditation. I’ve done various coaching over the years and this name truly resonates at this stage of my life.
What is Intuitive? Listening inwardly + instinctively + what one feels to be true even without conscious reasoning.
Why Power? Raw, I suppose – I say what I hear or feel (with a touch of filtering depending on what arises and our rapport).
What is Coaching? I like this definition: coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the ‘here and now‘ rather than on the distant past or future (though Intuition follows few rules). Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.
Let me say that I am not sure where any session will go. We always begin with you stating your intention of why you have connected with me and what is currently on your mind to discuss. I prepare for the sessions by clearing my mind and sitting quietly. I then tune into myself and ask for my guides, Higher Self and spirit to support the process – to serve you. We go from there .
I believe that everybody has the capacity, beyond what they typically observe, to intuitively know the deeper meaning and lessons in their life – to understand themselves, their experiences, their history, their present and their future with a greater consciousness then he or she typically does. The challenge we often face is we are so close to and protective of ourselves, and our accustomed manner of thinking, that we don’t want to hear what our subconscious is hinting about. It often takes significant unexpected experiences in our lives, prior to making change or seeking support to get out of the stuck mode. I am not attached to any of your ‘stuff’ so can hear, and point out, incongruence behind your words and tone.
There is a field of energy we all share and I find it fascinating to explore intuition together. Follow your intuition and take-a-ways with discernment.
